Front Desk Reservationist
Open Sky provides a unique, diverse menu of massage therapy services for individuals to find balance in their lives as well as extensive esthetician services to achieve skin care goals. We are currently hiring a Front Desk Reservationist at our Grandview location!
JOB OVERVIEW:
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients in-person, on the phone, and through email
- Has a passion for spa treatments and wants to educate our clients on the different services we offer
- Maintains a clean and organized environment
- Greets clients in the spa with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Checks in with the client about their experience at the time of check out
- Able to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Able to perform job duties with minimal supervision
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in front line guest service (hospitality and retail highly desired)
- Computer skills and desire to analyze and optimize scheduling
- Good organizational skills and follow-through

HOURS:
- Wednesday: 3 pm to 8:15pm
- Thursday: 9:15 am to 5:15pm
- Friday: 9:15 am to 5:15 pm
- Saturday: 9:15 am to 5:15 pm

Part time or Full time in Grandview: Tuesday-Friday evenings and Saturdays
Part time in Clintonville: Tuesday-Friday afternoons
