Cancellation Policy: Please give us 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. If notice is given within the 24 hours, a 50% fee will be charged. any appointments missed without cancellation are subject to fee of up to 100% of the cost of the service.
No refunds on prepaid services or gift cards. Any remaining balances can be redeemed as a store credit. GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE DUPLICATED IF LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED.
IF LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT, WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE SCHEDULED SERVICE. IF YOU ARE TOO LATE THAT WE CANNOT PERFORM THE SERVICE SCHEDULED AND WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY 50% FEE FOR MISSED APPOINTMENT.
WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO SECURE THE APPOINTMENT WITH A CREDIT CARD OR GIFT CARD NUMBER.
