Cancellation Policy: Please give us 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. If notice is given within 24 hours OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, a 50% fee will be charged. any appointments missed without cancellation are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
IF YOU ARE LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT, WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE SCHEDULED SERVICE. IF YOU ARE TOO LATE THAT WE CANNOT PERFORM THE SERVICE SCHEDULED AND WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY 50% FEE FOR MISSED APPOINTMENT.
No refunds on prepaid services or gift cards. Any remaining balances can be redeemed as a store credit. ELECTRONIC AND PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE DUPLICATED IF LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED.
WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SECURE THE APPOINTMENT WITH A CREDIT CARD OR GIFT CARD NUMBER.
We reserve the right to increase our rates at anytime with or without notice.
CREDIT CARD POLICY: Beginning March 15, 2026, we will add a 3% surcharge on all credit card transactions. This fee is equal to or less than the fees we pay for credit card processing. Cash and Debit card transactions will not incur this fee.
